Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically sound and target-driven

Sales Engineer - ELV Systems

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Extra-Low Voltage systems and experience in technical sales within the UAE or GCC region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and the design/technical team to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities for ELV systems in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to understand client requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to consultants, contractors, and end-users. Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare BOQs, drawings, and pricing. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Follow up on project execution and ensure smooth handover with after-sales support. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in ELV systems. Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of ELV systems in the UAE/GCC. Strong technical knowledge in at least 4 of the following systems: CCTV (IP/Analog), Access Control, Intrusion Alarm Public Address, Structured Cabling, Intercom Fire Alarm, BMS, SMATV, Audio/Video Systems Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver project-based solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE driving license is mandatory.
