We are seeking dynamic, hardworking and self-motivated IT Sales Engineer to join our company. The candidate will have a good technical IT background combined with excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills and a valid UAE driving license.

IT Software Sales Engineer - Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT software solutions sales, marketing, or a similar role. Good understanding of ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, IT infrastructure, and Technical Support. Familiarity with web applications and relational database concepts. knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related technologies is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good knowledge of sales and marketing pipelines, with the ability to learn and apply sales techniques effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with effective task prioritization and time management skills. High attention to detail with consistent follow-up on tasks and deal closures. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision. Proven ability to identify and generate leads and consistently meet sales targets. Fluency in English and Hindi and/or Urdu (spoken and written). Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
