Position Overview:
As a
Sales Engineer
, you will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to present, demonstrate, and customize solutions that fit our clients' requirements. Your role is both consultative and hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of our products and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support Analyze customer requirements and provide strategic input for proposals Work with the engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and reports Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
