Handle incoming calls from existing clients and answer calls on behalf of the sales team.
Conduct outbound cold calling to potential leads.
Draft and manage email correspondence with clients professionally.
Create technical quotations and present products/services using strong, persuasive communication.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and analyze their feedback monthly.
Submit weekly reports to the manager on pending inquiries and unresolved client cases.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
Coordinate effectively with internal team members and departments to support company growth.
Provide management with timely updates on customer needs, concerns, market trends, and potential new opportunities.
Support marketing efforts, which may include graphic design tasks, updating the company website, managing social media channels, and engaging via live chat.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Experience:
UAE Sales experience is an advantage
