Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales opportunities by identifying, developing, quoting, and closing deals in line with annual targets
  • Prepare commercial proposals, cost calculations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans in coordination with vendors and internal teams
  • Review and negotiate contractual terms with customers and vendors in collaboration with the legal team
  • Analyze market trends and provide regular sales updates to support sales strategy development
  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships through regular engagement and site visits
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including projects, compliance, and administration to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and timely invoicing and payments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and long-term business growth strategies
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Engineering with two to three years of experience in a similar sales or commercial role
  • Experience in aftermarket tender bidding, proposal preparation, cost calculations, negotiations, and closing sales
  • Good knowledge of parts, services, maintenance, and project business related to heavy machinery for industrial projects
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across disciplines
  • Understanding of import and export trade processes including INCOTERMS
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
