MAKE CONSTRUCTION BETTER


As Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key construction and industrial clients during the execution phase of major projects. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring Hilti's innovative solutions are effectively integrated into ongoing projects, driving value, efficiency, and long-term customer loyalty.



WHAT YOU'LL DO


Manage your own customer portfolio Demonstrate and sell innovative products and software Delivering consultative solutions that drive customer success

Collaborate with a supportive team and report to your regional sales manager

WHAT YOU'LL BRING


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Civil or Mechanical preferred) 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or construction industry Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
