Job Summary
We are looking for a
Sales Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background
andminimum 1 year of experience
in Facility Management or related services. The role focuses on generating new business forAnnual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
andFM works

are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for
AMC contracts and facility management works
. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as required. Prepare and submittechnical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations
. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for accurate scope definition and contract handover. Maintain strong client relationships and support AMC renewals and upselling. Achieve assigned sales targets and report sales activities to management.Language Proficiency
