Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and project procurement teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of MEP products: pumps, valves, HDPE/PPR/UPVC piping systems, firefighting products, and electrical components.
Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads, manage project enquiries, and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
UAE market awareness and strong customer relationship skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and manage project enquiries; prepare quotations and technical submittals.
Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and procurement teams.
Conduct site visits, coordinate meetings, and deliver technical presentations.
Track projects, prepare sales forecasts, and analyze market opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Ensure company products are included in project specifications and approved vendor lists.
