Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated

Sales Mechanical Engineer

with strong expertise in

Valves

and Vibration/Acoustic materials. The ideal candidate will have an established network, in-depth product knowledge, and a proven track record of sales success in the construction sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Research the market and identify potential target customers, with a focus on

valves

and related products.

2. Utilize and expand a strong network with clients, consultants, and contractors.

3. Attend initial sales meetings and client discussions..

4. Determining what their business requirements are, whether the products or services being considered are suitable to meet their needs.

5. Ensure High level of Client satisfaction.

6. Should Achieve Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets.

7. Working closely with the sales team to build the business;

8. Conducting presentations and demos to new prospects and partners.

9. Responsible for reviewing the design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims etc.

10. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills.

11. Apply expertise in

valves, vibration, and acoustic solutions

.

12. Engage effectively with MEP contractors, main contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent selling skills.

2. Excellent phone & email communication skills.

3. The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.

4. Knowledge of standard sales techniques with the ability to "close" the sale.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 - 5 Years of overall Sales Mechanical Engineer experience specially in the field Construction Field.

2. Good Command over English Language is a must.

3. Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.

4. Excellent professional image.

5. Knowledgeable on using B2B system

6. With valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Education:

* Bachelor's (Preferred)
