Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Engineer

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for sales, specializing in lighting solutions. This role is open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to

three years of sales experience

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Promote and sell lighting solutions to meet customer requirements. Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). 0-3 years of sales experience in the lighting or related industry. Excellent communication skills in

English and Arabic

(mandatory). Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
