The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling
instrumentation and fluid/flow control solutions
to clients across various industries. This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to understand client requirements, recommend suitable products, and support them through the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition
Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted sectors.
Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Promote company products and services to prospective and existing customers.
2.
Technical & Commercial Proposals
Prepare and present technical and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation and engineering teams.
Ensure proposals meet client specifications, project timelines, and budget requirements.
3.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Provide after-sales support and address any technical queries.
Conduct site visits or virtual meetings as required.
4.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with internal departments for order execution, delivery, and support.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and prepare regular sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in sales of industrial products (preferably instrumentation, valves, or fluid control systems).
Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings/specs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving license
(preferred if travel is required).
