. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise combined with strong sales and client-facing skills, particularly in the
oil & gas industry
. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and preparing technical-commercial proposals to securing project awards and maintaining long-term client relationships with ADNOC and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with
ADNOC and its group of companies
.
Manage the
pre-qualification, tendering, and bidding process
in alignment with ADNOC procurement procedures.
Prepare
technical and commercial proposals
, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with ADNOC procurement and engineering departments.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure proposal accuracy and project feasibility.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company pricing and profitability targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming ADNOC projects.
Attend technical meetings, vendor registrations, and pre-bid discussions with ADNOC.
Ensure timely submission of documents through ADNOC e-Sourcing portals (e.g., Ariba).
Maintain records of proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring clear reporting to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum
5 years of sales or tendering experience
, with at least
2-3 years focused on ADNOC projects
.
Proven track record in winning ADNOC tenders and navigating ADNOC vendor systems.
Deep knowledge of ADNOC procurement processes and specifications.
Strong technical understanding of oil & gas products, equipment, or services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and ADNOC e-tendering platforms (e.g., Ariba).
UAE experience preferred.
