Our Client is a well-established company in the oil & gas, petrochemical, utility, general industry, and construction sectors in the UAE. They are seeking for an experienced and well-connected professional to support sales and business development in the Oil & Gas and Utility sectors. Key Responsibilities
Engage with consultants, EPCs, and end-users during FEED/design stages.
Build and maintain a strong network in Oil & Gas, Utilities, and industrial sectors.
Track projects from FEED to execution and influence product selection.
Deliver technical presentations and product demos.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, tendering, proposals, negotiation, execution.
Support Service Centre sales and execution.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Ensure client pre-qualification and registration compliance.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Degree: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred)
Experience: 45 years in sales/business development in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Services
Proven work with FEED consultants, EPCs, and end-users
Strong knowledge of:
Industrial/mechanical/electrical components
Instrumentation
Rotating/static equipment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
UAE market experience with a strong network
Experience with international principals and OEMs
Familiarity with ADNOC procurement systems
Knowledge of project bidding and procurement platforms
