We're Hiring: Sales Engineer - Fit-out & Construction
Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business development in the fit-out and construction sector. If you have a strong network, proven track record in the UAE, and a passion for closing deals--we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in commercial fit-out projects including offices, hypermarkets, banks, and retail stores.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Identify client needs and align them with our company's services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the UAE fit-out and construction industry.
Must have an existing client database and strong network within the UAE.
Own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
