Job Purpose
To manage the entire sales administration process.
Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, installation, etc
Assist external sales team in executing and achieving market business plans.
Job Responsibilities
Create Technical and Commercial proposals
Provide technical clarifications to customers and attend the meeting if required
Extensive interaction with customers, suppliers and team via phone and email
Commercial processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery of order, and resolution of return requests and quality issues
Ensure the timely submission of project related documents
Support finance team to arrange submission of invoices
Attend the client meeting and support external sales team to finalise the orders as needed
Travel to project sites along with external sales to preform start-up, integration, training and to attend any installation related queries
Travel as needed to support team for presentation and exhibitions
Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
Maintain professional business relationships with customers and vendors
Identify and communicate customer\'s needs and sales opportunities to expand business opportunities
Track the status of the submitted offers with external sales and client.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering- Electrical Additional Information Skills & Professional Requirements
Proficiency with CRM/Database tools
Strong Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Proven project Management skills
Sales support experience
Knowledge of Shipment and INCO terms
Minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 GCC experience in the Oil & Gas sector handling EPC contractors and OEMs.
