We are an IT Services & Solutions Company based in Salam Street Abu Dhabi. This is an outdoor sales job with monthly targets. Responsibilities:

• Quality Lead Generation by Field Sales (outdoor)
• Monitoring & replying to sales emails & inquiries.
• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Preparing Quotations & costing.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Engaging with the customers to generate repeat sales.
• Increase Company client base with quality customers.
• Entering, updating & maintaining client details into CRM.
• To retain existing customers and upsell services to achieve customer retention.

Skills:

• Excellent selling skills.
• Excellent phone & email communication skills.
• Knowledge of standard sales techniques with the ability to *close* the sale.
• The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
• The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
• Ability to self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, contact circle, and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in a similar role.
• Good Command over English Language is a must.
• Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.
• A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively.
• Proven experience as a Sales representative role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
• Competence in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent professional image.
• Should be presentable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Application Question(s):

• We follow UAE work timings: IST 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (UAE 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM) Monday to Saturday. Sunday Holiday. Only UAE-declared holidays are allowed. Can you meet the above timings?

• Outdoor Sales: 3 years (Required)
• IT service related sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• B2B Sales: 3 years (Required)
• CRM software: 2 years (Preferred)
• email & other communication: 3 years (Required)

• 100% (Required)
