Prospect, qualify, and close new businesses within assigned networks.
Conduct regular visits to customers to analyze their needs.
Identify and generate new sales leads.
Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Issue approved quotations to customers and follow up until closure.
System & Data Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service through continuous communication, follow-up, and problem-solving.
Product Expertise & Training
Develop technical knowledge of company products and competitive offerings.
Reporting & Administration
Manage collections for his own accounts with collection department.
Prepare weekly report and give feedback to sales manager on market status and high demand products.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in science or a related field from a reputable university.
2 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in laboratory equipment or pharmaceuticals.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to learn the product details.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory; valid driver's license required.
Strong relationship management.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Time management and ability to work under pressure.
Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
Strong business understanding and commercial awareness.
