Job brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Sales & Proposal Engineer

to support business development in the pipeline, oil & gas, and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience preparing commercial and technical proposals.

Candidates must hold a valid Saudi Family Book.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pipeline and energy industries. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications. Engage with clients to understand their operational requirements and propose effective solutions. Present proposals and support contract discussions to help secure new projects. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies. Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams for smooth project execution. Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or a related technical field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in sales, business development, or proposal preparation (preferably project-based sales). Familiarity with pipeline systems, industry codes, and technical specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Must hold a valid Saudi Family Book

(required for company documentation). Open to
