  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. This involves effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information about the educational programs offered by the center.
  • Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell educational programs, courses, workshops, and other services offered by the center. This may involve outbound sales calls, email campaigns, attending events, and conducting presentations to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through various channels such as social media, online advertising, referrals, and partnerships with schools or other educational organizations.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and goals of prospective students and provide them with personalized guidance on selecting the most suitable educational programs or courses.
  • Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process to ensure conversion.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive experience for students and parents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, admissions, and academic staff to align sales efforts with overall organizational goals and strategies.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on developments in the field of education, sales techniques, and relevant technologies through training sessions, workshops, and self-study to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
