Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on available academic courses, programs, and career pathways
Understand student profiles, educational background, and career goals to recommend suitable courses
Promote and sell education products, training programs, and courses to prospective students
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, online leads, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for smooth enrolment processes
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities
Provide post-enrolment support and address student queries professionally
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience in education product sales or education counselling
Proven track record in student enrolments and target-based sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
