Job Description

We are a reputed Facilities Management company. We are looking for Sales candidate with good knowledge about the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the FM industry Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualifications & Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of sales experience

(preferably in Facility Management)

MBA in Marketing

preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Valid driver's license (if applicable)
