Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to both existing and potential customers.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance professional knowledge.
Provide feedback and insights to management for improving products, services, and sales strategies.
