We are a leading Holiday Homes Rentals Company Based in Dubai. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE PREEFERABLE This opportunity is for Experiences Sales Reservation Executive with Hotel or Holiday Homes Experience to join our team. We are looking for detail-oriented Sales & Executive to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services. To be a successful Sales and Reservation Executive you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up to sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers. Sales & Reservation Executive : Handling and Managing reservations process through various communication platforms. Monitor room sales and improve sales techniques. Handle inquiries and obtain correct information regarding details of the reservation. Confirm and process the reservation requests. Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly taken and entered into the system. Help maximize room sales by selling to a higher category. Maintain and update all room reservation transactions, room availabilities. Perform any order duties as assigned by management. Manage both local and international portals (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Dubizzle & Bayut) Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
