Role Purpose:
Reporting to the C-suite, the Sales & Distribution Manager, UAE, will manage key relationships with large retailers and increase the sales of product Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to meet company goals Manage relationships with key clients and distributors in the coffee industry Oversee the sales team and provide training and support as needed Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly Prepare and manage the sales budget and forecast future sales Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to promote brand awareness and drive sales growth Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information Provide regular sales reports to senior management Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in sales and distribution management within the coffee industry is mandatory. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical and strategic thinking Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management tools and software.
