Modern Space Technical Services, a growing renovations and maintenance company is in need of a Sales Director with construction sales experience in European markets. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the company\'s growth.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient resource allocation.
Create training programs to enhance agents\' grasp of our services, refine selling techniques, and improve negotiation skills. Offer hands-on support in closing deals and manage leads for successful team conversions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
Support and assist agents in closing deals when required, while also managing leads for the team to ensure successful conversion.
Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in construction sales preferably in European countries, with a minimum of 4 years in a sales management or in leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, market trends, and sales strategies.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
