Modern Space Technical Services, a growing renovations and maintenance company is in need of a Sales Director with construction sales experience in European markets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the company\'s growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient resource allocation.
- Create training programs to enhance agents\' grasp of our services, refine selling techniques, and improve negotiation skills. Offer hands-on support in closing deals and manage leads for successful team conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
- Support and assist agents in closing deals when required, while also managing leads for the team to ensure successful conversion.
- Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in construction sales preferably in European countries, with a minimum of 4 years in a sales management or in leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
