Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director (Off-Plan) located in Dubai. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer relationships, driving business development, and leading a team of sales professionals. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, managing sales targets, conducting market analysis, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Director will also collaborate with other departments to optimize business growth and ensure the successful execution of off-plan property sales.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations Experience in Customer Service and Business Development Strong Team Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
