For SMEs and their accountants looking for a better, faster and more accurate way to manage daily finances, hibooks revolutionary AI-driven data processing eliminates a ton of manual input while improving accuracy. As a Sales Development Rep, you will be a key member of our SDR team and work closely with our internal Account Strategists, who collaborate with our Management team on prospecting strategy (i.e. who do we approach), campaign/sequence strategy (i.e. how do we approach them) and messaging strategy (i.e. what do we say) Your Mission (should you choose to accept it..) \xe2\x97\x8f Generate new sales opportunities for hibooks via outbound sales development Responsibilities & Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with your client and Account Strategist on outbound program strategy and design (who, what, how) \xe2\x97\x8f Act as the \xe2\x80\x9cexecution arm\xe2\x80\x9d for the Pod by sending emails, LinkedIn invites and messages, and/or phone calls in pursuit of generating net-new business opportunities for your client \xe2\x97\x8f Level up your competencies and expertise in everything related to outbound lead generation \xe2\x97\x8f Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospects \xe2\x97\x8f Engage in meaningful discussion with high-level executives, ask thoughtful discovery questions, introduce your client\'s product or service and handle objections as needed \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain thorough and accurate records in our CRM and Sales Engagement platforms We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for people who... \xe2\x97\x8f Have at least 6 months (or more!) of outbound B2B Sales Development experience or comparable customer service/sales experience \xe2\x97\x8f Have a positive attitude and an appetite for experimentation \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Are driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic \xe2\x97\x8f Are coachable, collaborative, and curious \xe2\x97\x8f Have a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skills \xe2\x97\x8f Can write a killer email and have a great phone presence \xe2\x97\x8f Are masters of efficiency, highly organized, and love using technology to get things done \xe2\x97\x8f Are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment \xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable/capable of working autonomously and asynchronously in a remote work environment Bonus Points for candidates who have... \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with our tech stack: Salesforce, apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator \xe2\x97\x8f Worked in a startup \xe2\x97\x8f Personal ambitions, whether it be winning a world-class League of Legends championship or becoming a certified Bikram yoga instructor; we want people who will add their interests and experience to our thriving culture The Details This is a full-time, work from office, role.
