Sales Development Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Role Requirements:
*1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
Digital Marketing experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (Written + Verbal)
*Negotiation and problem solving skills
*Proactive and takes initiative and problem solving

*Contact potential customers over the phone/email/WhatsApp
*Answer any questions about the products/services offered
*Understand customer requirements and make proposals/recommendations accordingly
+Qualify leads and directs them to the appropriate internal teams
*Maintain accurate records of calls including useful information from the customers
*Track and report on lead progress using the CRM system in place
*Liaise with different internal stakeholders to improve the client's journey (CRM + Product)
*Be the first point of contact for the B2C enquiries - calls, WhatsApp and Chat
Terms: *Distant work *part time *salary 2000AED + bonus Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: AED2,000.00 per month Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- selling over the phone: 1 year (Required)
- work with cold customer base: 1 year (Required)
