Your Mission

Drive volume sales of Salesforce subscription services by bringing in new business at scale!

Responsibilities

Prospecting Powerhouse: Execute high-frequency outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads daily. Package Pitching: Confidently present our Salesforce subscription packages to SMB decision-makers. Objection Handling & Closing: Guide prospects from interest to signed subscription contract. Lead Flow Ownership: Deliver a consistent subscription deals per month (with team support + warm leads). Pipeline Discipline: Keep CRM updated with activities, stages, and forecasts.

Feedback Loop: Share insights from the field to refine offers, messaging, and targeting.

Requirements

Hunter mentality: resilient, proactive, thrives on prospecting. High energy: thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Excellent communicator (written + spoken). Commission-motivated: you want uncapped earnings. Track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas.
