Key Responsibilities Sales & Design
Handle walk-in customers and social media leads professionally
Understand client requirements and propose suitable custom designs
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close sales
Coordinate with production, installation, and factory teams
Achieve monthly sales targets
Showroom Management
Manage daily showroom operations and staff performance
Ensure showroom cleanliness, discipline, and brand presentation
Supervise Office Boy, Sales Designers, and support staff
Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
Coordinate with management for targets, stock, and manpower
Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-out
Strong sales background with leadership ability
Knowledge of AutoCAD / 3D is an added advantage
Excellent communication, customer-handling, and reporting skills
Target-driven, organized, and responsible personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
