Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Order Operator / Data Entry professional to join their team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the furniture industry and possess expertise in handling sales orders and data entry tasks. Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically Odoo, is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

- Efficiently process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

- Verify the accuracy of sales data, including pricing, quantities, and product details.

- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the ERP system.

- Generate and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) accurately and in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile any discrepancies in sales and order data.

- Assist in inventory management by maintaining accurate records of stock levels and product availability.

- Generate regular reports on sales, orders, and inventory for management review.

- Identify and suggest process improvements for enhancing efficiency in sales order operations.

Job Requirements:

- At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.

- Previous experience in the furniture industry is essential.

- Strong knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and its application in the furniture sector.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Odoo.

- Excellent data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with different teams.
