Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to confidently answer queries

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, front desk, or customer service roles
Graduate qualification preferred
Certification in customer service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Computer proficiency and CRM system familiarity
