Sales Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting products, and provide styling or product advice.

Sales Transactions:

Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately; issue receipts and manage daily sales reports.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines, fabrics, sizing, and trends to promote sales.

Merchandising:

Arrange and restock displays to ensure the store looks appealing and aligns with brand aesthetics.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and assist in stocktaking activities.

Sales Targets:

Work proactively to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Customer Retention:

Build relationships with regular clients and collect feedback to improve the shopping experience.

Social Media & Marketing Duties

Content Creation:

Capture and edit photos/videos of products, new arrivals, and in-store events for social media posting.

Social Media Management:

Manage boutique's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), posting daily regularly and engaging with followers.

Promotion & Campaigns:

Help plan and execute online promotions, giveaways, influencer collaborations, or live selling sessions.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all content reflects the boutique's branding, tone, and visual identity.

Customer Interaction:

Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track engagement, reach, and sales conversions from social media efforts and provide monthly reports.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with fashion and social media trends to keep content fresh and appealing.

Other General Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop. Follow store policies and operational guidelines. Support other staff in daily operations and events. Uphold a positive and professional image of the boutique both in-store and online.
