We are seeking a highly organized, presentable, and customer-focused
Sales cum Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This hybrid role involves managing front desk responsibilities while supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Manage meeting room bookings and schedule appointments.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with preparing client proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up on client inquiries and support lead generation activities.
Maintain and update CRM systems, client records, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely client communication and service delivery.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales events when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (Receptionist / Sales Coordinator / Admin Assistant).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
