We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Sales cum Menu Planner
to join our meal plan company. This role combines client acquisition with menu customization, making it ideal for someone passionate about healthy eating and customer service. You'll be responsible for driving sales, understanding client dietary needs, and coordinating with our culinary and nutrition teams to deliver tailored meal plans.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and convert leads into meal plan subscribers.
Promote company meal plans via calls, messages, meetings, and social media.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Menu Planning:
Understand client preferences, goals, and restrictions (e.g., weight loss, keto, diabetic).
Create or assist in designing personalized weekly meal plans.
Coordinate with chefs and nutritionists to ensure accuracy and quality.
Monitor customer satisfaction and adjust plans as needed.
Customer Support & Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for client meal-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of client profiles and preferences.
Work closely with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or nutrition-related fields.
Basic understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Degree or certification in Nutrition, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in meal planning or food service industry.
