Responsible for handling customer orders, processing payments, and providing excellent service. Supports daily shop operations and ensures a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with orders.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Promote and upsell beverages and products.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter and dining area.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Support team members during busy hours.
Qualifications:
Experience in retail or cafe preferred in food and beverage industry.
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
