Greet and assist clients (contractors and companies) in identifying their spare parts needs for heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and generators.
Prepare quotations and explain product details, available alternatives, and warranty terms.
Coordinate with the maintenance and technical teams to confirm required parts based on inspection reports or repair requests.
Issue sales invoices and update internal systems (ERP or DMS) to ensure accurate transaction records.
Monitor stock availability and liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and resolve post-sale issues.
Generate periodic reports on sales, orders, high-demand parts, and customer satisfaction.
