Urgent Hiring of "SALES COORDINATOR (FEMALE)" Apply only if you can joint immediately Salary: 3000 AED - 4000AED Qualification Required: Bachelors preferred(Certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset) Proficiency in English (Candidates knowing Arabic would be an advantage) Good Computer Skills (MS Office) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales; as a sales coordinator Job Roles & Responsibilities includes:

• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.

• Handling urgent calls & emails, preparing invoices, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

• Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, product numbers, Batch no. maintain the proper database of each sale.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales and deliveries are handled efficiently.

• Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Requirements and skills:
