Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and order documentation
Coordinate between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and reports
Track sales performance, targets, and generate regular sales reports
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and provide after-sales support
Assist in planning and coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and events
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery
Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of pricing and terms
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
