The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling quotations, client coordination, documentation, and follow-ups. The role ensures smooth coordination between sales, site, procurement, and finance teams to achieve timely project closures and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals for maintenance and fit-out works
Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, and payments
Maintain client records, contracts, LPOs, and correspondence
Assist in tender submissions, pre-qualification documents, and contract documentation
Coordinate with procurement for material availability and pricing
Track sales leads, ongoing jobs, and project status reports
Handle client inquiries and ensure timely response and resolution
Support invoicing and payment follow-ups with the accounts team
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
2-4 years of experience
as Sales Coordinator in
maintenance or fit-out industry
(UAE experience preferred)
Knowledge of
fit-out, MEP, civil, and maintenance works
Strong skills in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with
CRM or ERP systems
is an advantage
Excellent
communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
