Role Overview:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help us streamline processes and enhance our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely responses. Coordinate and manage sales schedules, appointments, and meetings. Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Support sales representatives by providing necessary information, resources, and administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Diploma in Printing Technology. 1-2 years' experience in printing industry or proven experience similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
