We are hiring an experienced Sales Coordinator to handle sales quotations, order processing, procurement of special materials, and delivery coordination with our warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up for order confirmation.
Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers for price and availability.
Source and purchase non-stock/special materials from local vendors.
Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to schedule timely deliveries.
Maintain customer and supplier records, order trackers, and daily reports.
Support the sales and accounts teams in invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience as a Sales or Procurement Coordinator in building materials / hardware trading.
Strong product knowledge in paints, plumbing, electrical, tools, and related items.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Tally, or other ERP systems preferred.
Organized, fast-learner, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
From AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience)
