Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue quotations based on client inquiries and project specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers to source building materials, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Maintain and update supplier database with current pricing, lead times, and product availability.
Liaise with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Track and follow up on quotation approvals and convert them into sales orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sourcing and quotation activities.
Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, supplier communications, and purchase orders.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or procurement in the building materials industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier networks in the UAE.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
