. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client interactions, and coordinating day-to-day sales activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Follow up with distributors/retailers for order status and deliveries.
Track inventory levels and liaise with the warehouse team.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions in coordination with the sales team.
Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in FMCG.
Strong communication skills in English and [other regional languages if required].
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Familiarity with FMCG distribution and retail processes is a plus.
