Key Responsibilities

Production Scheduling:

Create and manage the daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.

Tally ERP Operations:

Accurately process and track sales orders in

Tally ERP

to ensure production plans align with customer demand.

Resource Management:

Coordinate with production supervisors to determine the necessary manpower, raw materials, and machinery for each production run.

Driver & Vehicle Allocation:

Manage the daily allocation of delivery drivers and vehicles, planning and optimizing delivery routes to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

Process Coordination:

Act as the central point of contact between the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow from order placement to final delivery.

Inventory Monitoring:

Track and report on raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate and review reports from

Tally ERP

to monitor production efficiency, delivery performance, and stock levels, identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a production, logistics, or operations coordination role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity in Tally ERP software is essential.

Strong understanding of production scheduling, route planning, and logistics. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across different departments. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, business administration) is a plus.
