Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team and help support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and communication.
Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to clients.
Prepare sales reports and assist in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Follow up on leads and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and Zoho software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
