We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator/Procurement to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales coordination for the group of companies . This role requires a proactive approach to sales coordination, with a focus on building relationships with potential suppliers and coordinating in the sales process of Interior and fit out, Marketing and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier and Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction Procurement: Finding the best choice of suppliers to deal with the procurement needs Sales coordination: Prepare and deliver business solutions to potential clients,negotiate terms effectively Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to understand client needs and coordinate to ensure the smooth delivery of services Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales coordination activities

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum of [2-5] years of sales coordination/Procurement experience Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to network and build relationships with clients and suppliers.

o Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

o Excellent negotiation skills.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge: A solid understanding of the interior design industry,Marketing and IT is preferred.
