• Responsible for coordinating with the customers for completing the documentation related to sales and purchases.

• Manage the distribution of finished products to the customers.

• Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.

• Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales, logistics and purchase.

• Generation of purchase requests, coordination with the finance department.

• Coordination for customs / port / local authority clearance of goods and services.

• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.

• Preparation of letter of credit and other documentation.

• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.

• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with the logistics process.

• Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time.

• Helping the COO in his day to day office administration.

• Recording of minutes of the meetings.

• All ad hoc tasks and projects designated by the Chief Commercial Officer.

• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.

• Proven UAE experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator in steel manufacturing industry.

• Good computer skills (MS Office).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Education qualification in business administration or relevant field.
