Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Take responsible in responding to customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries received through email, messages and calls.
Process orders once Purchase Order has been received from customers.
Effectively communicate and interact with customers, executive management, internal and external customers.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, concerns and objectives.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Ensures that terms of payment and terms of delivery are being followed before order and/or delivery will be processed.
Provide reports to team leaders on quotations sent and order processed.
VAT return reporting and filing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements
Record/process accounts payable/receivable
Experience with QuickBooks.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor\'s degree or its equivalent.
2-3 years\' experience in a similar role (any technical equipment product or service).
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
