• Preparing quotations, submittals, warranties & checking technical specifications/requirements of the projects.
• Supporting sales representatives and coordinating with them for sales-related activities and managing their schedules.
• Handling urgent calls, messages, and emails from clients, answering their queries, and complying with their requirements.
• Responding to customers' complaints and giving after-sales support when needed.
• Staying up-to-date on market & industry trends and finding unique approaches to making the company's products & services as attractive as possible to potential customers.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Attending events and meetings to introduce our products.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records and project details.
• We need freshers to apply .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month
